EMDR therapy is specialized for treating clients with trauma. EMDR works to allow clients to reprocess negative events, develop effective coping strategies and reduce symptoms related to their trauma.

Solace can provide supervision to interns or provisionally-licensed clinicians who are seeking a license in the state of Nebraska.

Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) is a type of therapy that strategically incorporates the human-animal interaction into a formal therapeutic process that is guided by Geralee K. Olson-Triplett, AAAIP and her dog; Luna to help treat clients’ mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or help to develop social strategies.

We provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as needed which focuses on teaching clients strategies to help them live their best and most productive life to help with depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorders, addictions, self-harm/suicidal ideations, eating disorder, and PTSD. DBT helps to teach mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal skills.
